END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. This Agreement is made between you ("User") and Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin (CodeWarrior) and its affiliated company Nadidem Sis. This Agreement governs the use of our application. By downloading or using the application, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement. 1. License Right You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use this application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not transfer ownership of the application to you. 2. Scope of Use and Restrictions Any modification, redistribution, reverse engineering, or access to the source code of the application is prohibited. 3. Data and Calculations This application uses "2021-2023 FNDDS At A Glance - FNDDS Nutrient Values" data to calculate nutritional values. The calculated values are for informational purposes only and the accuracy of the results provided is not guaranteed. The user should be careful when using the data provided through the application for any health or dietary purposes and should consult a health professional before such use. 4. Disclaimer The calculations and nutritional values provided in this application are for general information purposes and are not intended to replace any professional advice. Enes Abdurrahman Bilgin (CodeWarrior) and Nadidem Sis. are absolutely exempt from any direct or indirect damage, loss or other liability that may arise as a result of the use of this information. 5. Advertisements The application displays advertisements through Google AdMob. We have no control over the content of the advertisements and we do not accept any liability for the results that may arise from the advertisements displayed. 6. Data Storage The application uses the EasySave plugin for data storage and backup. User data is not processed, stored or shared with third parties. The application does not collect or process personal data. 7. Termination This Agreement may be terminated by the user uninstalling the application. The developer has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. In case of violation of the Agreement, the license will be automatically terminated. 8. Changes The developer reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes will be notified in the next updates of the application. 9.
